Job summary

Genesys is seeking a solutions architect to shape AI-powered customer experiences across global enterprises. You will own strategy, architecture, and end-to-end delivery for complex transformation initiatives using Genesys Cloud and advanced AI capabilities.

You will lead discovery, prototype solutions, and drive value with executives while collaborating with product teams and partners to scale adoption of AI-native workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or similar roles.
• Fluency in AI concepts, including generative/agentic AI and AI-native solution design.
• Experience translating technical capabilities into measurable business value.
• Hands-on API integrations, cloud platforms, and modern development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery engagements to uncover business challenges and define high-value transformation opportunities.
• Own solution strategy and architecture, translating complex requirements into clear business outcomes.
• Design and deliver AI-native customer experiences, including conversational workflows and demos for executives.
• Prototype rapidly using APIs and modern development practices to validate ideas and accelerate decisions.
