Job summary

Genesys is seeking a senior solutions consultant to lead end-to-end discovery, shape AI-powered customer experiences, and translate complex requirements into business value. You will design workflows and architect solutions, prototyping with prompts and APIs while engaging senior stakeholders across CX organizations.

Responsibilities include delivering compelling demos, building scalable reference architectures, and guiding pilots end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong fluency in AI concepts including generative AI and AI-native solution design.
• Experience designing workflows and customer journeys in CX environments.
• Hands-on coding or development experience in JavaScript or Python.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery engagements to uncover business challenges and define transformation opportunities.
• Own solution strategy and architecture translating requirements into business value.
• Design and deliver AI-native customer experience workflows and conversations.
• Prototype and iterate solutions using prompts, APIs, and modern development practices.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and lead executive-level conversations.
• Build scalable reference architectures and reusable frameworks for customers.
