Genesys is hiring a Solutions Consultant to translate customer needs into practical AI-powered experience roadmaps. You will run workshops, design customized demos, and guide customers through implementation while staying current on product best practices.

Travel up to 50% and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you articulate value, showcase technical depth, and help clients modernize their CRM and software deployments in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience preferred.
• Experience implementing or integrating with CRMs and/or software deployment.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Discover: run workshops with business users to uncover gaps and opportunities and present outcomes to stakeholders.
• Design: create a customized demo and tell the story that showcases the solution.
• Learn: stay up to date on Genesys products and best practices to advise customers through implementation.
• Travel: travel up to 50% to meet customers and drive value.
