Job summary

Genesys seeks a Principal AI Solutions Architect to turn ambitious AI initiatives into production‑ready solutions that improve customer experience, operational performance, and enterprise adoption.

You will lead executive‑level customer engagements, own the technical journey from discovery through production, and collaborate across Genesys Cloud, agentic AI, data, and integrations to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise CX, CRM, AI, or orchestration.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI, automation, or NLP in complex environments.
• Strong cloud platform expertise (Genesys Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with REST APIs, data patterns, and LLM integration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical engagement with strategic customers, translating business challenges and KPIs into scalable AI solutions.
• Lead discovery, requirements analysis, solution architecture, integration, deployment, and optimization.
• Prioritize AI initiatives by business value, feasibility, and adoption potential.
• Design reference architectures and governance for AI-powered orchestration.
• Lead workshops to improve customer journeys across digital and voice channels.
• Deliver rapid proofs of concept and MVPs with Genesys Cloud AI Studio and Copilots.
• Guide integration of Genesys AI with CRM, ERP, data, and third-party ecosystems.
• Drive value engineering post-launch and develop roadmaps for expansion.
