Job summary

Genesys is seeking an Experience Acceleration Sr. Architect to design and deliver AI-powered customer experiences at scale. You’ll own end-to-end technical solutions, from architecture through deployment, leveraging Genesys Cloud, APIs, SDKs and AI-assisted development environments.

You will prototype, integrate, and orchestrate AI-enabled workflows, ensuring security, reliability, and measurable business impact while collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and enablement teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
• Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, authentication and OAuth, JSON, webhooks, and Git/version control.
• Ability to own technical work from requirements and architecture through implementation and documentation.
• Experience designing reusable components and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solutions from problem definition through deployment and iteration.
• Design, build, test, and iterate AI-powered experiences in Genesys Cloud.
• Build applications and integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs, and modern frameworks.
• Design AI-powered solutions using LLMs, tool calling, and grounded outputs.
• Create reusable components and reference architectures to accelerate future builds.
