Lyzr is seeking a senior Presales/solutions architect to own the technical aspects of complex enterprise deals in a hybrid work setting in the US. You will lead IT discussions, security reviews, and build the technical response to RFPs, while shaping the client’s business case and ensuring the platform aligns with the client architecture.

You will collaborate with the Account Executive, Reimaginer Consultants, prototyping teams, and the Bid Manager, bringing deep cloud experience and governance

Competenze

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, pre‑sales engineering or technical consulting for enterprise software.
• Hands-on depth in at least one of AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, and in enterprise integration: APIs, identity and single sign‑on, data platforms and networking.
• Working understanding of large language models, retrieval, and how AI agents are built, orchestrated and governed in production.
• Fluency in enterprise security and compliance – SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA – and experience answering security questionnaires and leading InfoSec reviews.
• Experience with SaaS, private cloud and on‑premises deployment, and the trade‑offs a client weighs between them.
• Ability to draw an architecture and explain it to a CIO, a CISO and an engineer in the same meeting, and to write a clear technical answer to a deadline.

Mansioni

• The IT discussion during solution validation: how Lyzr fits the client’s architecture, systems and data, how it is deployed, and how it integrates.
• Security: answering security questionnaires and InfoSec reviews with the Sales Engineer, and taking the client’s security and risk teams through how the platform handles their data.
• The client’s sandbox or environment, set up with the Sales Engineer so the client can try Lyzr on its own ground.
• The technical answers inside RFP, RFX and RFI responses, written for the Bid Manager, who runs the response end to end.
• The technical side of the business case, as it goes through the client’s IT, security and risk reviews.
• Knowing when a question needs platform engineering, and keeping the deal team informed of where the technical conversation stands.
