Lyzr, Inc is hiring for a senior Presales role in a hybrid, US-wide setting. You will own the technical portions of deals, guide architecture discussions, and respond to security reviews and RFPs, partnering with the AE, consultants, prototyping and bid teams.
Ideal candidates have deep cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), strong security know-how, and the ability to articulate architecture to CIOs, CISOs and engineers alike. This role emphasizes ownership and collaboration.
Lyzr is an enterprise software company that helps large organisations put AI agents — software that handles real tasks on its own — to work in their everyday operations. Most companies’ AI projects never move past the pilot stage; Lyzr provides the platform that takes them into dependable, day-to-day use. Today, 500+ enterprises build on Lyzr, more than 1,000 agents run live in production, and 85% of Lyzr projects reach production against an industry average of roughly 30%. Customers include Accenture, WTW, Hitachi, and Verifone, and the company recently raised $100M at a $500M valuation.
Our Presales team is where enterprise leaders decide that AI agents are worth serious investment.
This is a sales role, not a delivery one. You join an opportunity when it reaches solution validation and are its technical owner for the rest of the sales cycle, as part of the team that works the deal: the Account Executive, who owns the deal and orchestrates it; the Reimaginer Consultants, who build the client’s baseline and the business case; the prototyping teams, who build and demo the proof; the Sales Engineer, who owns the functional requirements; and the Bid Manager, who runs RFP responses.
The IT discussion during solution validation: how Lyzr fits the client’s architecture, systems and data, how it is deployed, and how it integrates.
Security: answering security questionnaires and InfoSec reviews with the Sales Engineer, and taking the client’s security and risk teams through how the platform handles their data.
The client’s sandbox or environment, set up with the Sales Engineer so the client can try Lyzr on its own ground.
The technical answers inside RFP, RFX and RFI responses, written for the Bid Manager, who runs the response end to end.
The technical side of the business case, as it goes through the client’s IT, security and risk reviews.
Knowing when a question needs platform engineering, and keeping the deal team informed of where the technical conversation stands.
Good to have
