Job summary

Lyzr, Inc is hiring for a senior Presales role in a hybrid, US-wide setting. You will own the technical portions of deals, guide architecture discussions, and respond to security reviews and RFPs, partnering with the AE, consultants, prototyping and bid teams.

Ideal candidates have deep cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), strong security know-how, and the ability to articulate architecture to CIOs, CISOs and engineers alike. This role emphasizes ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, pre‑sales engineering or technical consulting on the selling side of complex deals.
• Hands‑on depth in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and enterprise integration (APIs, SSO, data platforms, networking).
• Working understanding of large language models, retrieval, and AI agents in production.
• Fluency in enterprise security and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA) and experience answering security questionnaires.
• Experience with SaaS, private cloud and on‑prem deployment and trade‑offs for clients.
• Ability to diagram architecture and explain to CIOs, CISOs and engineers, and to write clear technical answers to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT discussions during solution validation: architecture, deployment, integration.
• Handle security questionnaires and InfoSec reviews with the Sales Engineer.
• Set up the client sandbox/environment for try‑outs.
• Provide technical answers inside RFP/RFX/RFI responses for the Bid Manager.
• Contribute the technical perspective to the business case through IT, security and risk reviews.
• Know when platform engineering is needed and keep the deal team informed of the technical conversation status.
