Cypress Technology Advisors LLC in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Enterprise Architect to own the technical side of the sales cycle and manage technical relationships across strategic accounts. This senior pre-sales role translates client business priorities into compelling, deployable solutions.

You will lead technical discovery, own BOM accuracy, and guide solution architecture across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI, while maintaining independent technical judgment and ensuring delivery

Qualifications

7+ years in a pre-sales role at a systems integrator, VAR, or MSP (or 10+ years combined pre-sales and delivery).
Deep expertise across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI in at least one domain.
Proven track record owning BOM accuracy, technical scoping, and SOW development.
Experience leading technical discovery and whiteboard sessions with executive stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent, complex pre-sales engagements at account level.

Responsibilities

Own the technical side of the sales cycle and client relationships within strategic accounts.
Lead technical discovery across domains and advisory workshops.
Design solutions addressing client requirements with appropriate BOM sizing.
Maintain independent technical judgment and avoid being an order-taker for Sales.
Lead conversations with CIOs, CISOs, and executives translating business priorities to tech decisions.
