Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or externally facing technical roles (sales engineering, etc).
• Enterprise SaaS, cloud, or AI/ML design experience.
• Experience partnering with Account Executives and post-sales teams to drive adoption/renewals.
• Experience engaging with executives and C-suite stakeholders."
• Comfort with security, risk, and compliance topics in SaaS/AI contexts.
• Strong communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and pre-/post-sales conversations with stakeholders across engineering, IT, security, and business teams.
• Serve as the primary technical partner for key accounts through discovery, deployment, adoption, and expansion.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to grow adoption and expansion within enterprise accounts.
• Design secure, scalable architectures that integrate Harvey into customers' systems and data environments.
• Address customer risk, compliance, and data governance questions with Security/Trust teams and shape scalable patterns.
• Provide customer feedback to influence product roadmap and post-sales priorities.
