Job summary
Genesys is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect in North America to shape end-to-end AI-powered digital customer experiences for large enterprises. You will set architecture standards, guide delivery teams, and partner with clients to translate business goals into scalable technical designs.
You will lead workshops, review designs, ensure governance and responsible AI practices, and contribute reusable reference architectures.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in solution architecture or enterprise software delivery
- Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or comparable CCaaS/CPaaS platforms
- Experience designing digital customer experiences across channels
- Proven ability to design AI-powered solutions (digital agents, copilots, knowledge systems)
- Strong understanding of cloud integration patterns and security-by-design practices
- Experience leading architecture sessions and presenting to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for customer programs
- Lead architecture workshops and technical design discussions with customers
- Guide consultants and implementation teams through complex challenges
- Translate business requirements into practical technical designs
- Contribute reusable assets, reference architectures and best practices
