Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect in North America to design end-to-end AI-powered digital customer experiences. You will define architectures across Genesys Cloud digital channels, guide implementation teams, and ensure scalability and security across enterprise programs.

You will lead architecture workshops, translate business requirements into technical designs, and contribute reusable assets while mentoring consultants in a global Professional Services environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, enterprise software delivery, or customer experience technology.
• Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or comparable CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.
• Experience designing digital customer experiences across Web Messaging, SMS, Email, digital routing.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for customer programs.
• Design integrations between Genesys Cloud, AI services, and enterprise applications.
• Lead architecture workshops and technical design discussions with customers.
• Provide governance to ensure alignment with architecture and customer requirements.
• Mentor consultants and support presales activities.
