Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect in North America to design end-to-end AI-powered digital customer experiences. You will lead architecture discussions, guide implementations, and define data and integration strategies across Genesys Cloud digital channels and third-party services.

You will mentor teams, support presales, and contribute reference architectures while ensuring governance, security, and scalability across enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture, consulting, or CX tech delivery.
• Hands-on with Genesys Cloud or comparable platforms, especially digital channels.
• Experience designing digital customer experiences across channels like Web Messaging, SMS, Email.
• Proven ability to lead architecture sessions and present to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and cloud integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for customer programs.
• Lead architecture workshops and design discussions with customers.
• Advise on data requirements, integration patterns, and AI governance considerations.
• Provide governance and technical guidance through delivery.
• Contribute reusable architectures and patterns.
