Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect for North America to design AI-powered digital customer experiences. You will define end-to-end architectures across Genesys Cloud, AI services, and enterprise integrations, guiding projects and teams toward scalable, secure implementations.

You will lead architecture workshops, govern delivery, and mentor consultants while collaborating with customers and stakeholders to realize business outcomes through responsible AI and digital design.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
• Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or CCaaS/CPaaS platforms and related APIs.
• Experience leading architecture workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for customer programs.
• Lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and technical design discussions with customers.
• Provide governance to ensure alignment with architecture, scope and requirements.
• Mentor consultants and support presales for complex AI opportunities.
