Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect in North America to design end-to-end AI-powered digital customer experiences. You will shape architectures across Genesys Cloud, AI services, and enterprise integrations, while leading technical design discussions with large enterprise customers.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in solution architecture, hands-on Genesys Cloud familiarity, and a track record deploying AI-driven CX programs.

Qualifications

7+ years in solution architecture or related roles.
Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or comparable platforms.
Experience designing digital customer experiences across multiple channels.
Proven ability to deploy AI-powered solutions and workflows.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns.
Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience leading architecture sessions and documenting technical designs.
Ability to troubleshoot complex challenges across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication for stakeholders and customers.
Ability to operate in a global, matrixed Professional Services environment.
Familiarity with responsible AI principles and governance.
Genesys Cloud certifications and related capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for customer programs.
Lead architecture workshops and design discussions with customers.
Guide delivery teams through complex technical challenges and governance.
Design AI use cases and customer journeys integrating Genesys Cloud channels.
Advise on data requirements, integration patterns, and AI governance.
Present technical recommendations to enterprise stakeholders.
Contribute reusable assets, reference architectures, and best practices.
Support presales activities for complex Digital and AI opportunities.
