Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect to design end-to-end AI-powered digital customer experiences for large enterprise programs. You will lead technical discussions, define integration patterns, and ensure scalable, secure designs across Genesys Cloud and AI services.

You will mentor teams, guide presales efforts for complex Digital and AI opportunities, and participate in governance throughout delivery to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, enterprise software delivery, or CX platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or comparable CCaaS/CPaaS platforms, especially digital channels, routing, Architect, and developer APIs.
• Experience designing and implementing digital customer experiences across channels like Web Messaging, SMS, Email, or similar.
• Proven experience deploying AI-powered solutions such as digital agents, copilots, knowledge systems, or workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and cloud integration patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience leading architecture sessions and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges across product and customer teams.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for customer programs.
• Design solutions across Genesys Cloud digital channels and related capabilities.
• Design integrations between Genesys Cloud, AI services, data platforms, and third-party tech.
• Provide governance to ensure alignment with architecture and scope.
• Lead architecture workshops and technical design discussions with customers.
• Mentor consultants and support presales for AI opportunities.
