Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect to drive end-to-end AI-powered digital customer experiences for large enterprise programs. You will define architectures across Genesys Cloud, AI services, data platforms, and integrations, and lead architecture workshops with customers.

You will mentor consultants, support presales, contribute reference architectures, and ensure governance, security, and scalable designs while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and care teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or CX platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or CCaaS/CPaaS platforms, APIs.
• Experience designing digital customer experiences across Web Messaging, SMS, Email, and routing.
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI-powered solutions like digital agents and copilots.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication and cloud integration patterns.
• Experience leading architecture sessions and presenting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
