Job summary

Amazon’s AWS ASP team seeks an Applied AI Solutions Architect to accelerate adoption of Amazon Connect AI capabilities. You will embed with customers to prepare production-ready AI agents, focusing on model selection, prompt configuration, and tool integration across enterprise systems.

The role blends hands-on coding, architecture, and customer engagment, traveling up to 25-40% for on-site engagements. You will drive data readiness, MCP deployments, and cross-team collaboration to scale best

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software, cloud, or related tech domains.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Familiarity with MCP and A2A integration and AI/ML concepts (LLMs, RAG).
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and tool integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to map business requirements and AI readiness.
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Amazon Connect and Bedrock.
• Architect MCP servers exposing tools and data for dynamic agent use.
• Develop serverless integrations using Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions.
• Guide customers through pre-production validation and knowledge sharing.
