Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Applied AI Solutions Architect to accelerate production deployments of Amazon Connect AI. You will be embedded with customer teams to design, implement, and validate agentic AI solutions across MCP, A2A, and RAG-enabled workflows.

This hands-on role requires writing code, building integrations, and guiding data readiness, with travel up to 25-40% for on-site engagements, delivering production-ready results in weeks rather than months.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience across software, cloud, and infrastructure domains.
3+ years designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
Familiarity with MCP and A2A interoperability protocols.
Experience with AI/ML concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business requirements and AI readiness.
Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Amazon Connect.
Architect MCP servers for standardized tool discovery and invocation.
Design A2A workflows for multi-agent collaboration.
Build serverless integrations using AWS services to connect agents with data systems.
