Job summary

Genesys seeks a Solution Architect to lead AI-powered customer programs. You will define end-to-end architectures and design integrations between Genesys Cloud, AI services, data platforms and third-party technologies, ensuring scalable, secure solutions in production.

You will mentor teams, run architecture workshops, and contribute reusable assets while supporting presales for complex opportunities. 7+ years in architecture and strong stakeholder communication are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise software delivery, with AI/CX focus.
• Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or CCaaS/CPaaS platforms and APIs.
• Proven track record deploying AI-powered solutions in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI solution architectures for customer programs.
• Lead architecture workshops and technical design sessions with customers.
• Provide governance to ensure alignment with approved architecture.
• Mentor consultants and contribute reusable assets and reference architectures.
• Support presales for complex technical opportunities.
