Job summary
Genesys is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect in North America to design end-to-end AI-powered digital customer experiences. You will lead architecture discussions, guide delivery teams, and ensure security, scalability and maintainability across Genesys Cloud platforms and third-party integrations.
You will champion responsible AI practices, oversee governance, and contribute reusable assets and reference architectures for complex enterprise programs.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting.
- Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.
- Experience designing digital customer experiences across channels.
- Proven ability to design and deploy AI-powered solutions such as virtual agents or copilots.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, data integration and cloud patterns.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for customer programs.
- Lead architecture workshops and technical design discussions with customers.
- Provide governance to ensure alignment with architecture and project scope.
- Design AI use cases and data requirements for AI governance considerations.
- Mentor consultants and support presales activities.
- Influence technical decisions on large enterprise deployments.
