Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years in solution architecture or enterprise software delivery.
- Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or similar CCaaS/CPaaS.
- Experience designing AI-powered digital experiences and customer journeys.
- Strong integration skills with REST, JSON, and cloud patterns.
- Ability to guide cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end AI-powered solution architectures for customer programs.
- Lead architecture workshops and technical design discussions with customers.
- Guide consultants through complex technical challenges.
- Design AI use cases and customer journeys integrating AI with Genesys Cloud channels.
- Provide governance to ensure alignment with architecture and customer requirements.
