Genesys is hiring a Senior Account Executive for the Commercial segment. You will lead revenue growth with new and existing customers in an assigned geographic territory, with a primary focus on hunting and closing new logos.

The role targets large deals and requires a proven track record in cloud/SaaS sales, complex cycles, and executive-level negotiations. Base salary ranges from $111,700 to $196,300, with potential commissions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in cloud or SaaS based software.
• Proven experience leading complex sales cycles with a track record of forecasting and closing large deals (>$400K ACV).
• Proven ability to understand customer needs and craft solutions using products to solve challenges.
• Proven experience communicating, negotiating, and closing with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close new logos within an assigned geographic territory to drive revenue growth.
• Grow revenue with both new and existing customers in the territory and manage the sales cycle to closure.
