EY is seeking a senior software engineering leader in Secaucus, NJ to act as a key player-coach on a medium to large product team. You will design, develop, deploy, and maintain solutions, driving AI-forward development while aligning with business needs and technical standards.

You will lead coding, debugging, testing, and mentoring, collaborating with Architecture and DevOps to deliver robust, scalable platforms. This role requires 10+ years of experience in software/platform engineering.

• Advanced proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions.
• Expertise in C#, Java, or Python and data engineering concepts.
• 10+ years of relevant software/platform engineering experience.
