Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Director AI Security to lead the enterprise AI Security program, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer. You will develop the organization’s strategy for securing AI technologies while enabling responsible innovation across the enterprise.

You will recruit and lead a team of AI security architects, engineers, and specialists, and partner with technology, legal, privacy, procurement, and business leaders to securely enable enterprise AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of LLMs, gens AI, model lifecycle and governance.
• Strong data privacy, model governance, and adversarial AI/ML understanding.
• Proven ability to influence business through cybersecurity leadership and collaboration.
• High integrity and professionalism representing security leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise AI Security strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish AI security standards, policies, and secure development requirements for AI tech.
• Lead AI security risk management including governance, third-party assessments, and compliance.
• Build and lead the AI Security organization with hiring, budgeting, and execution.
• Collaborate with executives and business leaders to enable secure AI adoption.
• Oversee AI security reviews, design approvals, and security assessments.
