Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Director AI Security to establish and mature the enterprise AI Security program. You will report to the CIO and lead governance, risk management, secure adoption, and regulatory compliance for AI technologies across the organization.

You will recruit and lead a high-performing team of AI security architects and engineers, partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to enable secure innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cybersecurity in AI/ML environments and risk management.
• Deep knowledge of AI model governance, policies, and compliance.
• Proven ability to integrate security into business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise AI Security strategy and governance.
• Lead AI security risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Build and lead AI security architecture reviews and assessments.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a security architecture/engineering team.
• Collaborate with executives to securely enable AI adoption.
