Accenture PLC is expanding its Advanced AI sales capture function to build a next-generation team that drives AI transformation for our global client base. This role is core to that build, with significant growth potential for the right candidate.

You are a capable sales professional with a track record of closing complex technology deals. As a Category 2 Sales Capture Lead, you will originate and close opportunities, collaborating with senior leaders to grow your pipeline and client

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology sales or consulting.
• Experience selling into one or more target industries (FS, Communications/Tech, Products, Public Sector, Health & Life Sciences, or Resources).
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to and close against a quota of $15M+ annually.

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities across industry accounts with accountability for a $20M+ annual sales target.
• Develop client-facing materials, value propositions, and deal narratives with pursuit and practice teams.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning Accenture's AI capabilities and partners.
• Support ecosystem partner co-sell efforts (Palantir, AWS, Databricks).
• Manage opportunity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and CRM reporting.
• Travel 25–50% depending on account and team needs.
