Job summary

People in AI is hiring experienced agency recruiters to join our NYC team. This full‑time, in‑office role offers base salary up to $100,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of $250,000+.

You will manage the full 360 recruitment process, from client brief to candidate close, focusing on AI, data, and engineering talent across North America. We seek recruiters with 2+ years of agency experience, capable of building client relationships, delivering high‑quality candidates, and driving revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in agency recruitment, ideally in tech/AI/data/engineer markets.
• Experience building client relationships and converting opportunities to business.
• Strong candidate qualification and process management, including motivation and compensation discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full 360 recruitment process from brief to close.
• Engage with founders on client strategy and search delivery.
• Develop and win new business while managing inbound opportunities and existing relationships.
