People in AI is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our New York City team and train as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. This full-time, in-office role at 26 Broadway offers a base salary of $65,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of $140,000 in year one.

You’ll learn both sides of recruitment, build client relationships and identify top talent for AI, ML and engineering roles across North America. Expect a fast-paced sales career with significant earning potential.

People in AI is hiring an ambitious graduate to train as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. We're a specialist recruitment business hiring across AI, machine learning and engineering in North America.

You'll learn both sides of recruitment: helping exceptional people make their next career move and helping companies hire the talent they need to grow. Along the way, you'll build relationships with founders, engineers and AI leaders, develop your own client base and earn commission on the business you generate.

You'll join with established client relationships and active searches to learn on, while developing the skills to win and grow accounts yourself.

We work together in person at 26 Broadway, in Manhattan's Financial District. You'll hear experienced recruiters handle calls, get help with a difficult conversation and put feedback into practice while it's fresh.
