Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to lead complex AI-driven and IT initiatives across our growing portfolio. You will translate ambiguity into structured delivery, owning end-to-end programs and communicating with both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.

You will manage multiple workstreams with proactive risk mitigation, develop governance cadences, and collaborate with IT, security, engineering, and QA to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or technical IT experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and platforms (generative AI, automation, data pipelines, or similar) — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you do need to speak the language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full ownership across multiple high-priority workstreams, acting as the primary accountability for project health and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate solution development with SMEs and build comprehensive project plans and risk registers.
• Lead governance and reporting cadences: status meetings, standups, milestone reviews, executive updates.
• Collaborate with external IT, Security, Engineering, and QA; hold technical partners to timelines without coding.
• Utilize enterprise project management platforms like Workfront and collaboration tools like SharePoint and Teams.
• Guide teams through changing priorities, assess impacts, and drive alignment.
• Document PMO processes, playbooks, and onboarding materials as the team scales.
