Pharmavite seeks an AI/ML Project & Program Manager to lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives across teams, ensuring on-time delivery, governance, and value realization. You will oversee planning, resources, and integration with IT and security, while aligning with business goals in a dynamic consumer health environment.

The role emphasizes MLOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on scalable, compliant solutions and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in program/technical product management, AI or analytics delivery.
• Direct AI/ML solution delivery experience in complex programs with data and engineering teams.
• Technical fluency in cloud & data platforms, incl. Azure Data Services; knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end AI/ML project delivery from planning to deployment and operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources including contract staff for ML/IT projects.
• Define success metrics, monitor KPI performance, and drive value realization for AI solutions.
