Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Senior Project & Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution and continuous improvement. You will establish program structures, develop scalable planning and reporting, and coordinate dependencies across engineering, operations, logistics, and vendors.

You will drive risk management, budget oversight, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement through process automation and AI-enabled solutions, enabling visibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• MBA or related field desirable.
• PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project charters, scope documents, and resource plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage workloads to achieve milestones.
• Use MS Project/Jira/Smartsheet to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee budgets and vendor contracts; optimize resource allocation.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and executive briefings.
• Drive continuous improvement through process development and automation.
