Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager — ML/AI to lead complex, cross-team ML/AI programs end-to-end across model infrastructure, inference pipelines, Cortex AI services, and AI-powered features.

You will partner with ML engineers, researchers, product managers and engineering leaders to define roadmaps, surface dependencies, and execution plans, balancing experimentation with timely delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management at a cloud/AI company.
• Understanding of ML lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring).
• Ability to engage with ML engineers and researchers on models & infra.
• Experience leading 4+ engineering teams with shared roadmaps.
• Excellent communication for leadership and cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive cross-team ML/AI programs end-to-end from scoping to launch.
• Define roadmaps and execution plans with dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate cross-org launches for AI features across infra and apps.
• Navigate ML experimentation cycles, evaluation gates, and tradeoffs.
• Establish governance, milestones, risks, and engineering health.
• Drive alignment among ML/AI engineering, product, design, security, and legal.
• Identify bottlenecks and design workflows to improve velocity.
• Own AI launch readiness with model eval, performance, and safety reviews.
• Report status and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
