Job summary

Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional AI initiatives and manage the AI roadmap, closely collaborating with the AI Engineering Lead to shape strategy and delivery across systems, data, and models.

You will triage complex AI pipelines, validate training and production data with SQL, coordinate releases with DevOps, and drive Jira/Confluence workflows for multi-team projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Science or related field is required.
• 7+ years of technical project management experience or a Master’s with 5+ years.
• Solid grasp of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning) and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage the AI roadmap with the AI Engineering Lead and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Identify AI opportunities to optimize systems and features using generative AI or predictive models.
• Triage complex AI systems and validate training/production data with SQL to ensure data integrity.
• Lead multi-team deliveries, manage Jira backlogs, and communicate constraints to leadership.
