Real Chemistry is seeking a AI-Forward Technical Delivery Manager to join our growing team, a hybrid role based in the US across multiple offices or fully remote within the US. Lead complex technical deliveries from kickoff through post‑launch, coordinating with Producers, engineers, QA, and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

You will triage intake requests, validate estimates, route work between in‑house and vendor teams, and maintain a live view of multi‑project progress while applying AI

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI implementation experience in a real delivery context — applying AI to concrete delivery problems and measuring the impact.

Responsabilités

• Intake & Technical Qualification: triage requests, assign deliverable type, complexity tier, and dependencies within a defined SLA.
• Build Team Routing & Vendor Management: decide in-house vs. vendor per project; manage vendor delivery and knowledge transfer during transitions.
• Technical Delivery Lifecycle: own delivery from kickoff to go-live; maintain live progress and flag risks; ensure QA gates are met.
