Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an AI Transformation Senior Analyst to reimagine how our business runs. You will map current state processes across G&A functions and design future-state models enabled by AI, partnering with the transformation team to pilot and scale solutions in finance, accounting, operations, and more.

You will develop business cases, prioritize initiatives, and communicate findings with senior leadership.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or digital consulting.
Hands-on experience with transformation work, such as digital transformation, M&A integration, acquisitions, or divestitures, including process mapping, integration or separation planning, Day 1 readiness, or operating model design.
Demonstrated experience mapping current- and future-state processes and designing target operating models, ideally across G&A or back‑office functions.
Working knowledge of AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI assistants, AI agents, workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate or Workato, or RPA) and the ability to translate business needs into practical automation use cases.
Proficiency with process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings simply and confidently to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree required.
PR, communications, advertising, healthcare, or agency experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Map current-state processes: document handoffs, systems, data flows, vendors, and costs.
Design future-state operating models with governance and new ways of working.
Identify and prioritize AI/automation opportunities with business cases.
Match the right solution to needs: AI skills, Copilot workflows, AI agents, or existing tech.
Assess and maximize value from existing automations and tools.
Analyze sourcing and vendor options; decide between in-house vs outsourced.
Drive change and adoption with training, comms, and success metrics.
Advise leadership with process maps, operating blueprints, and roadmaps.
