Datasite is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Project Management to lead the company’s top cross-functional initiatives from definition through delivery. You will partner with executives to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, driving go-to-market readiness, acquisition integrations, and major systems implementations.

The role demands strong structure, speed, and accountability, with hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate planning, reporting, and knowledge capture across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects or programs.
• Strong command of project and program management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
• Hands-on use of AI tools to improve productivity in project delivery.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent strategic initiatives from scoping to post-implementation review.
• Lead go-to-market readiness efforts: launches, pricing changes, market expansion with cross-functional teams.
• Manage acquisition integration programs, Day 1 readiness, and synergy tracking.
• Oversee business systems implementations (CRM, ERP, finance, HR, data platforms).
• Define charters, metrics, milestones, budgets; establish ownership and decision rights.
• Build program governance: steering committees, RAID management, escalation paths.
• Identify risks and resource conflicts; drive resolution with leadership.
• Track progress, spend, benefits realization; ensure outcomes beyond on-time delivery.
