Citigroup Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the AI Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) Working Group in Tampa, FL.

The role bridges POD supervision with engagement-level management and acts as the primary escalation point for program execution and stakeholder contact. Requirements include 5–8 years of complex program management, PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Project.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years managing complex projects/programs following a structured methodology.
• Independently lead complex programs within broader initiatives; medium-to-high risk.
• Guide, influence, and direct individuals through matrix management to achieve common goals.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certified (or within 1 year); MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI/ML or digital transformation programs within financial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI Product Development Lifecycle governance and POD-based delivery structures.

Aufgaben

• Establish governance aligned to PM Taxonomy and adapt as requirements evolve.
• Coordinate POD meetings: cadence, agendas, takeaways, action tracking.
• Publish RAG status to Exec Sponsors and Operating Committee; manage escalations.
• Develop executive dashboards based on plan and risk analysis.
• Maintain RAID log and ensure timely escalation and mitigation.
• Build relationships with MD-level and senior program stakeholders.
• Manage program resourcing strategy and escalate to senior leadership when needed.
