Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Central Product Lead to serve as the strategic product authority for common capabilities within the AI PDLC Working Group.

You will ensure capability requirements, solution blueprints, and delivery outputs stay aligned to the program’s target state, and act as the connector between Discipline Leads, POD teams, and executive sponsors. You will own strategy-to-delivery coherence, drive benefits traceability, and champion product vision while managing cross-capability

Qualifications

• Understanding AI/ML product development lifecycles and enterprise platforms.
• Experience shaping product strategy across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong executive communication with sponsors and OpCo.
• Familiarity with 1LOD/2LOD/3LOD governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Alignment: own alignment of capabilities to target state and solution blueprints.
• Drive benefits traceability from ideation through delivery.
• Champion product vision at Working Group level and facilitate cross-capability dependency resolution.
• Interface with Discipline Leads, POD PMs, and Exec Sponsors; report progress to OpCo.
• Translate strategy into actionable requirements for Pods and optimize for cross-discipline alignment.
• Governance: monitor progress and surface risks; reflect governance considerations.
