The Central Product Lead at Citi in New York serves as the strategic authority for common capabilities within the AI PDLC Working Group. This role ensures coherence of requirements, blueprints, and end-to-end benefits across the program lifecycle.

Acting as the connective tissue among Discipline Leads, POD PMs, and executive sponsors, you will translate strategy into actionable requirements, optimize cross-capability alignment, and govern delivery while reporting progress to OpCo and executives.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in product management, with 3–5 years in senior/lead finance or enterprise tech roles.
• Understanding of AI/ML product development lifecycles and enterprise platforms.
• Experience managing product strategy across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong executive communication with comfort presenting to Exec Sponsors and OpCo.
• Familiarity with 1LOD/2LOD/3LOD governance in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Strategy & Alignment: Own alignment of capabilities to target state and solution blueprints.
• Drive benefits traceability from ideation through delivery.
• Champion product vision at Working Group level.
• Facilitate cross-capability dependency resolution.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with Discipline Leads, POD PMs, and Exec Sponsors.
• Partner with Central PM on milestone status and escalations.
• Report progress and benefits alignment to OpCo.
• Coordinate with AI Architect & UX Leads on feasibility.
• Requirements & Blueprints: Ensure commonality and reusability of requirements across capabilities.
• Review and validate acceptance criteria from Primary Product Leads.
• Translate strategy into actionable requirements for Pods.
• Optimize requirements for cross-discipline alignment.
• Governance & Risk: Monitor progress and surface risks to Exec Sponsors.
