Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an Assistant Vice President, AI PDLC Product Owner to shape the AI Product Development Lifecycle platform. You will translate future‑state PDLC into product capabilities, workflows, and governance, collaborating with engineering, risk, and governance teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will own the product outcomes, prioritization, and readiness while partnering with technical leaders to implement and scale across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or product ownership in enterprise software or platforms.
• Translate complex processes into product strategy, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery with engineering, design, architecture, data and business teams.
• Working knowledge of software lifecycles, product metrics, pilot design, and data‑driven decisions.
• Practical understanding of generative AI and AI‑enabled software development for enterprise use.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities and operating measures for the AI PDLC platform.
• Translate future PDLC state into personas, workflows, artifacts, gates and requirements.
• Define and evolve measures across PDLC phases, including throughput, cycle time and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, design, AI governance and risk teams on implementation.
• Lead pilot readiness activities, evidence collection and iterative improvements from pilot to scale.
• Prioritize backlog using data and stakeholder feedback to maximize value and efficiency.
• Define enablement approaches, reporting frameworks and adoption measures.
