The role blends technical depth with business acumen, translating needs into practical AI tools, prototyping MVPs, mentoring colleagues, and staying current on LLMs, NLP, and cloud AI services to sustain Citi's AI

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in software eng, data science, or ML engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents, ML concepts, NLP, and data modeling.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, analytical problem-solver with track record of delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes and identify AI opportunities.
• Design and prototype AI-powered solutions, including POCs and MVPs.
• Bridge communication between business users and engineering teams.
• Stay current on AI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Define KPIs to measure ROI of AI initiatives.
• Create comprehensive documentation and provide training for new processes.
