Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior product leader to own the roadmap and requirements for conversational AI features. You will translate customer feedback into product improvements and guide strategy as we scale toward ambitious revenue goals.

You will work with multiple teams to deliver end-to-end experiences, define success metrics, and ensure high-quality AI-driven products. The role emphasizes collaboration with design (Figma) and planning tools, and requires deep enterprise product management

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software or enterprise product management experience.
• Strong ability to translate customer feedback into roadmaps and requirements.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end AI features in enterprise environments.
• Experience with conversational AI and retrieval knowledge bases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, vision and requirements for conversational AI features.
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap priorities.
• Guide product strategy to enable growth toward $10B+ in revenue.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver end-to-end experiences.
