You will take full ownership of product direction, navigate complex cross-functional challenges, and establish yourself as the trusted expert—internally and externally for conversational AI strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software product management experience.
• Proven ability to own and drive product visions end-to-end.
• Demonstrated expertise building scaling conversational AI at enterprise scale.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across AI/ML, engineering, design, data, GTM, and CS.
• Established as a recognized expert in conversational AI or adjacent AI domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-native conversational experiences.
• Identify strategic opportunities, define product direction, and make bold decisions.
• Drive execution across multi-team challenges and align cross-functional partners.
• Represent product strategy to executives and key accounts with clarity and confidence.
• Define success metrics, telemetry, and drive continuous optimization.
