Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Product Manager for conversational AI features in the United States. You will own the roadmap and translate customer feedback into product improvements, guiding strategy to help grow revenue and scale operations.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver end-to-end experiences and define clear success metrics. You will work to integrate usability studies and market intelligence into product requirements, crafting PRDs, epics, stories, and acceptance

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision-making.
• 12+ years in software or enterprise product management.
• Strong prioritization and focus on high-impact activities.
• Ability to translate customer needs into a product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, vision and requirements for conversational AI features.
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements and priorities.
• Guide product strategy toward future revenue growth and scale.
• Communicate priorities and build consensus across teams.
• Lead as an accountable owner across organizational boundaries.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Incorporate usability studies, research and market intel into requirements.
• Develop clear PRDs, epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and metrics.
• Define testing, telemetry, quality, and performance requirements.
• Support pilots, go-lives, and strategic customers.
