JPMorgan Chase seeks a Senior Product Associate in Deposits 2.0 AI Enablement to drive product development and optimization using user research and performance metrics. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and shape the future of our product offerings.

The AI Specialist (Associate) role accelerates AI-enabled product delivery, ensuring agentic readiness, and establishing new operating models for AI practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area of study, with financial services experience and hands-on AI experience, including agentic AI frameworks and large language models.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer and market needs through user research and discovery.
• Considers upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
• Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Applies AI to help solve Deposits 2.0's hardest problems, collaborating with the AI Enablement team and partners across the bank to deliver practical outputs.
• Designs and builds AI agents and skills embedding AI across the product lifecycle, coordinating with engineering resources.
• Contributes to making Deposits 2.0 agentic ready by gathering input from bank experts and drafting standards for product and engineering teams.
• Improves the knowledge base feeding the AI framework following data and controls processes.
• Plans, tracks, and communicates progress by maintaining delivery plans and prioritizing across tasks.
