Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with J.P. Morgan, seeks a Product Manager for Deposits 2.0 AI Enablement. You will shape product strategy, lead end-to-end lifecycle, and deliver scalable AI-enabled deposit solutions that create customer value.

As a Vice President level AI Specialist, you will own complex problems, set standards, and guide cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data, Design, Risk and Operations to drive high-impact outcomes for the bank.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with financial services experience and hands-on AI expertise.
• Naturally curious with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Applies AI to help solve Deposits 2.0's hardest problems, working with the AI Enablement team and partners across the bank to deliver outputs.
• Designs and builds AI agents and skills and sets patterns for reuse, embedding AI across the product lifecycle with engineering support.
• Defines what agentic readiness means for Deposits 2.0, shaping future state and design principles.
• Owns the quality of knowledge base inputs by improving data quality for the AI framework.
• Shapes the new operating model by experimenting with AI-embedded team structures and governance.
• Drives organizational readiness and change for AI adoption, mentoring, and delivery planning.
• Bridges gaps across teams and escalates risks in senior forums with evidence.
