• 10+ years in Wealth Management or related financial services.
• Proven leadership of large-scale product/tech transformation programs.
• Success managing sizeable global teams in complex matrix structures.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive strategic outcomes across functions.
• Experience collaborating across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global, multi-region product organization and define strategy.
• Modernize deposits capabilities including pricing, onboarding, servicing, and workflows.
• Deliver AI and data-enabled capabilities to improve sales, pricing, and advisor enablement.
• Manage budgets, resources, and strategic investments across a global portfolio.
