Job summary

Bonterra seeks a Staff Monetization and Pricing Strategist to build the company’s first dedicated pricing function. You will own willingness-to-pay research, value metrics, and packaging for Bonterra Que and broader products, shaping governance and cadence from the ground up.

You’ll lead AI pricing initiatives, design tiering and bundles, and create a board-ready pricing benchmark. Collaboration with CPO, CFO, CRO, and CEO is key to success.

Qualifications

• Pricing strategy experience across multi-product SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to design willingness-to-pay studies and value metrics.
• Experience building pricing governance and packaging for AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy, research, and metric design for Bonterra Que and portfolio.
• Lead AI-first monetization and standardize value metrics, bundles, and gating.
• Develop competitive intelligence and contribute to board-ready benchmarks.
• Partner with CPO, Finance, and Commercial to align pricing with plans.
