Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a Staff Monetization and Pricing Strategist in Minnesota to build the company’s first pricing function. You will own the strategy end-to-end, from willingness-to-pay research to AI-based pricing for a SaaS and AI product portfolio, reporting to the CPO and collaborating with senior leaders.

You will establish the pricing cadence, governance, and framework, while shaping packaging and metric definitions for multiple products, including Que AI, with a focus on revenue growth

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pricing strategy in a multi-product SaaS environment or comparable consulting practice.
• Experience designing value metrics and pricing for multi-product portfolios.
• Experience with AI pricing concepts and usage-/outcome-based models.

Responsibilities

• Own willingness-to-pay studies and define value metrics across product lines including Que AI.
• Design packaging, tiering, feature gating, and bundling across the portfolio.
• Build competitive pricing intelligence and a governance framework with senior leadership.
• Deliver pricing inputs for new product investments and tie revenue forecasts to the business case.
